Lawmakers have to revisit, review, and reform some of these antiquated, homo sapien, amendments in the bigotry laden US Constitution.
Beginning with the measure that says, a person is 3/5's of a human being, and the 2nd Amendment is just as crazy! Yes, certain segments of the Constitution suck, and just doesn't make good 21st century sense, and must redacted, for modernization!
