In a Conservative/Republican controlled government, the policy will inevitably, be against the poor, people of color, and the consumer, yes, they will [bite their nose to spite their face], because the fools themselves, are consumers too!
So, when it comes to public health, they look the other way, witness their stance on ACA, [24 Million, kicked off the healthcare rolls].
And you couple that nefarious policy design, with pre-existing conditions such as sickle cell, heart conditions, lung disease, diabetes, this all creates a disproportionate measure, as it concerns people of color, having higher mortality rates!
