But on the street, there are no gun laws, just MPD, little if any deterrence! Ask me, in this environment, they encourage civil disobedience, its a spectacle that keens their interest!
In the Roman days the Emperor and all of his under study's, would sit high on their perch, they too were entertained, as the foolish Gladiators would kill one another! So, will someone tell me, what is different now?
